In 2013-2014 Alfredo Sire Development Corp. performed a ground-up project to construct a new branch location for our company on Fields Lane, Brewster. ASDC was contracted as the general contractor to perform all site work and building construction for the project.

Based on our experience, we can highly recommend the contracting services of ASDC. Their bid was concise, and pricing was fair. The construction schedule presented was realistic and was met on time with minimal issues. The quality of construction and products used was excellent. Most important has been the service received after the project was completed, During the 4 years after the project completion, ASDC has performed several warranty repairs in a timely manner, without issue.

Finally, the principal of ASDC Rob Alfredo along with his support staff was a pleasure to do business with. Not only were they honest and direct, but they were always available during and after the project for questions or concerns., I would highly recommend the services of ASDC.
